I know, I know, the last name… what’s up with that? It’s ok, you can just call me Ian.

I’ve spent most of my career straddling disciplines– from the conceptual and strategic side of creative to the nuts and bolts of production.

I have many years of experience connecting brands with customers, working hands on as a hybrid creative and production artist (so many hats), and managing teams from 2 or 3 creatives to multidisciplinary global teams of 20-plus people.

I’ve helped accelerate the growth of small DTC clients and large global multinational organizations (like, bigger than some small countries- it’s crazy.)

My two main passions are 1. exploring the intersections of creative thinking and execution with data and analytics, and 2. inspiring my teammates to grow and push their own boundaries.
