Since taking over as paid creative AOR, our team has managed to consistently deliver improved ad performance across all social platforms (FB/IG, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest), Display, and Digital OOH. Our work has helped drive double-digit growth in The North Face’s DTC business and its second-largest* quarter in history. (*In a slower season- I’ll take the win.)

We surpassed our target KPIs – including hitting average CTRs ranging from 165% – 267% of the industry benchmark on FB/IG†.
