The Better Money Habits content series was developed to provide an unbiased personal financial education to the public, free fo charge. We collaborated with the Khan Academy in intial meetings developing a general framework and tone for the series. The project consisted of a microsite, articles, infographics, videos and social campaigns. We used multiple metrics and a test, learn and adapt approach to refine content mapping and revisions.

Better Money Habits continues to be one of Bank of America’s most successful content campaigns. (We make up 8 of the Bank’s 10 most popular videos on YouTube.) Aside from the series popularity, we received a great deal of fan mail about the positive impact we had in people’s lives.
